In addition to public classes and workshops, we enjoy working one-on-one with individuals wanting to deepen their personal practice and health goals. Private and semi-privates can be held in the privacy of your own home or scheduled at a local studio. Here is a list of what we offer during a private session:
An assessment of your physical structure to gain better understanding of strength and imbalances
A specific sequence of yoga postures catered to your unique needs & goals
Meditation practices including guided visualization, mantra, yoga nidra (yoga of sleep) and deep relaxation techniques to help reduce stress
Asana (postures) with emphasis on strengthening and/or relaxing the muscular system.
All practices incorporate Thai reflexology, energetic and pressure point assists.
